List 100 Habits

  1. Stop using phone/lap during any waiting time (go shopping, wait for lift, have meal..)
  2. Go to bed by 11pm
  3. Go to bed by 10pm
  4. Do exercises daily
  5. Log out all social accounts & set airplane mode in working time
  6. Reply all tickets within 48h
  7. Not to work in the evening.
  8. Say “No” by default
